For those of you who haven’t yet planned your Christmas menu, or those who are curious about how holiday meals have changed over the years, I’ll be posting a few different Christmas menus over the next couple of weeks.  I might try a couple of the side dishes, and if I do, I’ll let you know how they turn out, but with a dozen people for dinner, bringing an array of dietary restrictions, it’s hard to do a formal multi-course meal, so I’ll stick with a turkey and some roast tofu, and an array of different side dishes so everyone can eat what works for them.
